I have a SpeedTouch 330 with Wanadoo/Orange (broadband). I don't know if I am still having problems at home via internet because I am at College. So may I ask if things are running smoothly because yesterday, I haven't a clue why this problem was occurring. I was connected to the internet yesterday but when I opened Internet Explorer, it stated that it cannot display the page and went on to find out what has happened. The result was, it was doing it on every ebpage I tried to view. I phoned up Orange but everytime I call, it seems their line is 'busy', but anyway is this problem solved?
That's a real loaded question as it is specific to your own situation!
Only you will know if it has been solved when you use your PC at home next I'm afraid.
Orange do tell people anything over the phone to fob them off though so personally I can't say I'm confident they will fix it.
