Its been a while since I last posted BT I am afraid I have the dreaded exchange connection problem again!!! ie my wireless is connected to the livebox but no connection to the internet. The livebox has the dreaded flashing light!!!!
Does anyone know if theres an ongoing problem with this? I know theres millions of exchanges all over the country but when I attempted to contact customer services I hung up after the automated message was saying theres an ongoing problem, across the board, with ALL internet pages not connecting???
