OK - after weeks of problems with talk, speed tests that max at about half what they should, first had of the customer and tech "support", and several requests over several weeks for a MAC code, I've finally gone to ISPA.
That was Saturday - my understanding therefore is that they have until Wednesday before I can file my 2nd complaint.
All being well, maybe I won't have to and I can finally go to an ISP I have faith in.
My parents (also with Orange) want their MAC code, too. I wished them luck and came home.
