After being with Freeserve from dial up days I move to o2 (now Sky) next week - Fed up of being lied too and messed about for months - Oddly enough my DL speed has shot up to 6M since asking for my MAC code!!! Good Luck.

Is that your synch speed from the router or from a site such as speedtester. If the latter, then I was getting speeds greater than would be possible for my 2MB line when I asked for my MAC code, so be careful
