hey guys this is my story of the sh**e performance of Orange.
so we have been with Orange broadband for aslong as i can remember! since freeserve/wanadoo! then one afternoon i come home to find my internet was not working. as im studying computers at college my self i thought i would have a look at the problem. router wasnt connecting to the internet. oh ok then ill give it a day or two and restart it.
no luck!
made countless phone calls to the p*k*s in india. it is not our problem it is BTs. well no becuse u provide my internet so why cant i connect to u. ok well do a line check.... oh sorry we have a problem with a server it is our fault all along. ha haa i knew it.....few hours later internet back up and working. good good i thought !
In the mean time ... after persuading my mother to switch to Sky... we decide it was the right thing to do. hello Orange i would like a MAC code please....ok no problem u will receive one in the post within 5 days....oh great ....phoned Sky aranged all the details chose my package ! things were looking up!
mac code arrived within the 5 days like they said....gave Sky a ring and passed my MAC code over.....oh sorry its invalid. :l.....hmm ok then maybe its just this one?.....phoned Orange...helllo you have given me an invalid MAC code....ok let me check your code.... nope its valid....phone back Sky....nope its invalid....phone back Orange oh yeah our MAC code machine is spiting out incorrect codes!
by this time i wanted to jump of a cliff...
any whoo i rang back a few days later and hey presto 3 days later another MAC code in the post ! things were looking up.... hello Sky i have a MAC code for u !....ok would you like to tell me the code.....yeahp sure thing...... oh its invalid again !....where was that cliff?
so back to square one....reading forums on the internet on how to escape Orange.... ive given up though im just out of ideas...where to look...ofcom are s**t.
I mean how can it be legal ! how can Orange be doing this? surly there is a company out there who can do something about this shambles ! if Orange was a person i would of tied them to the front of a bus and drove them round london saying "pound a punch" !
i would like to sue the company but i wouldnt know where to start for this ? has anyone got any tips....except...be patient and keep trying cus they have reallly f***ed me off. its about time some of us took some legal action and got our own back!
