My dad has recently bought a Belkin N Wireless Modem Router. The installation process is fine until it comes to connecting to the internet through Orange. It then says that the connection information is incorrect. However, the same connection information works fine with the Speedtouch modem provided by Orange. Since there is no difference between them I can't work out what the problem is.
The Belkin router automatically uses some settings for Wanadoo/Orange. These are:
VPI: 0
VCI: 38
Encap: vcmux
Are these right? I can't see any other difference.
