hi all
to cut a long story short , i cancelled in dec due to connection problems , got MAC code and signed up with o2 (now Sky) 2nd jan 08 (who so far are fab !!) , anyway was never told that they wanted there equipment back and this morning have recieved a letter saying they want it or i will have to pay £100 !!!!! ,i no longer have equipment , was binned in a clear out !! rang CS , absolutally useless , no help at all couldnt do anything and have told me to put it in writing to customer services !!!! any advice is welcomed !!!
Hi, Try to get hold of the offical rules of returning livebox's or something, because there might be a law or something that say's ''Companys have to ask for there Epquipment back in 6 Weeks'' or something Lol Sorry I dont Know what you can do really, if you don't pay up they will take you to court :O

This Is because Orange Rents u the Livebox.......if its the Speedtocuh modem that u have that can be kept...but as Livebox is quite a costly Equipment around 80 pounds....20 pounds in Orange's Pocket....
The only way out is to pay or.....as u know they will send u the Court notice..
