I have just had a new motherboard installed on my pc as the old one broke. Before that, I had no major issues with my Livebox wireless connection. Since then, I keep getting webpages not loading, signal dropping out and very slow speeds.
The box is only on the other side of the room from the pc without anything to block the signal. I pda and laptop that I have appear to have no problem with the signal so it is probably a pc issue
Any thoughts please on what may have gone wrong?
Yeah any updates and then try reinstalling the wireless drivers. Best to uninstall them fully before reinstalling to clear them out as much as possible.
I actually pulled the power cable out of the Livebox and replugged it about twenty seconds later, out of frustration.
Unbelievably, it all fired up lovely and the connection is back to where it was.
