I have found that when people use the "reply" to, most of the emails I send I don't receive their reply. It vanishes into a black hole or is deleted when it hits the server, my theory. I have also checked on Orange webmail & they aren't there.
However if I have their name in my approved list it seems to work. I cannot really turn off the Anti-Spam to test this properly.
If someone sends a new email, this is also fine. This is also affecting email addresses I've used before with no problems. Ebay confirmations etc but new mail (especially all the junk is not affected)
Any ideas? - Apart from change your email address or provider.
