I did not know what I have done!!! Yesterday I ordered Home max, and today I found this website. I wonder will I have problem with cancel my contract. Can I do that before START DATE? I am not English, so I think I will have bigger problems than you.Please help me!!!
I've been on Orange Broadband Home Max for 3 weeks. In week 1, fantastic! 600-800k/sec on Downloads and lightning fast web page loads. In week 3 however the story changed. The download speed averages dropped dramatically. I'm now lucky to get 20k a sec, and web page loads are at Dial-up speeds. It appears that I have been penalised for my "moderate" use of the service. There is definitely bandwidth throttling going on, and this this service is penalising its users the more they download. Under normal circumstances I would say that this is fair enough. However the services' "Home MAX" label and marketing implies unlimited use, and that's what I thought I am paying extra for. I wouldn't mind so much if I was on a cheapskate package, but a moved from a fairly good 8meg service at Pipex - which really was consistent. I moved away from them because their customer support was so poor. In hindsite I wish i'd left things alone. I am going to compile a complaint to Ofcom.
lol as if, well if you ORDERED it a few days ago you can ring up and cancell if the line has not been ACTIVATED. If it has then you cant cancel mate without a cancellation fee unless there is a problem with BB or if Orange are unable to provide, or if the account holder dies. etc etc
hello, i have had Orange BROADBAND for 9 months, and its not once worked, we've phone up loads of times and no help at all, they have done things to make it work and it hasnt yet done so, but we're still paying the £20 a month, ive seeked advise that as there breeching the contract, that they should cancel and contract and refund us our money. but they are not doing so. can anyone help me, im canceling the direct debt so they cant take any more money out?????
trying to find away to end my contract to, because bascially, orange are useless.
They havent even change LLU at my exchange, yet loads of others have, offering me over double the speed than what Orange can,
Orange dont even manage to get me 1mb service, and i'm less than 2miles away from exchange.
