Hey ive posted on here a few times about the speed.. as have most people. My net is going down every 20 mins and for the past month the speeds where about 512kbps then the last 3 days it has went upto 4mb but after being disconnected tonight my speeds are as follows:

Joke huh? so is this proof that Orange are throttling everyones connections after a quick burst of speed to keep the customer happy for a few days??

Has anybody succeeded in getting anything from Orange when in such a situation? Has anybody got his speed increased after complaining, or has anybody been able to quit Orange before then end of the 12 months?
