This is getting on my nerves my livebox went down wednesday along with my Orange phone 0845 number which i use for my business
Oranged promised me a text i am still waiting,
I am peed off with having to do the unplug rotiune
I have a pp server issue i have been out and bought a Belkin and reinstalled my old Orange broadband disk guess what i have a service
but no live box and no phone
can some one direct me to how to contact some one in Orange rather than a call center worker who reads from a bit of paper
I am losing money fast not just the expense of a new wireless router but all my adverts have the 0845 number on which no one can ring plus i am using my home phone paying double for my calls HELP
I have been with freeserve/wanado/ orange for 9 years never had a problem
Andrea xxxx update phoned Orange again they want me to reloaded the livebox so they can run through a diagnostic test whats that unplug the livebox hold 1 insert all wires revalidate it still wont work i know it wont but they say i must do this as they cant do anything ARGHHHHHHHHHHH

I feel your pain that you have no internet, but AFAIK, Orange only offers "Home" packages and not business ones. If your broadband and phone were that important it looks like you've paid the price for trying to do it on the cheap.
Have you checked your wiring and tried another router. OK, you won't get your 0845 number on that, but if you start eliminating things at your end it may stop you pulling your hair out

Unless you've turned it off people who call your second line should be able to leave a message and if you call that number you can use your pin to access them. Should at least help in the mean time.
If one box works and the livebox doesn't then call, tell them that and ask to go through to the Firmware Escalation Team. They're the ones who replace liveboxes so should be able to sort it out.
