Just to let you know i am now free from EVER USING Orange again, my problems started 9th March after a line migration and since that day i have not had any internet connection.
Daily phone calls to India still useless, at one point i was told i hadnt paid my BT phone bbill had had been disconnected, i was speaking on my land line to INDIA at the time and i took umbridge that they dare insinuate that i hadnt paid my phone bill.
Anyway enough was enough in the 21st century not too much to ask to be able to connect, so i took the plunge got a MAC code and switched to BT Broadband ( my gosh i didnt realise how crap Orange had become ) its wonderful.
I wrote a 3 page leter to Orange listing my complaints ( been with Wannadoo etc since 2000 ) made the mistake of taking livebox in December ( its never worked ) thats another story, but was told i had 14 months left on my contract and would have to pay !
Anyway yesterday Rebecca in Orange customer service rang and agreed that i had received bad customer/technical support and they agreed to waiver the remaining contract. So Orange are not all bad its just the support from India that is woefully lacking. Good luck to all out there with your many problems
