I started using a livebox a few weeks ago and initially everything was working well. However just over a week ago loading internet pages has become ridiculosly slow - it takes over 10 minutes to load a page if your lucky. I know this is nothing to do with my computer as the problem is both with the laptop and my desktop. Also the laptop works wirelessly elsewhere.
I have now spoken to Oranges technical people twice with no luck. They are meant to have referred my problem to another department and I've been told to phone back after 5 days.
I feel like my banging my head against a brick wall at the moment so any advice someone can give me to resolve the issue would be greatfully recieved
