I have found references to similar problems in 2006/7, but my web-site update was fine until a couple of days ago. I look after our Rotary Club's site and need to update it regularly. Since yesterday I have received the following error messages when I "Publish to Web" with Serif WebPlus10: -

I have re-entered the password, checked that all the settings are correct; disabled TrendMicro Internet Security and I still can't make the upload work!
I am NOT an expert but can follow instructions. I tried phoning Orange but after 10 or so "select from a number of options" there was a ring tone and then total silence so I gave up.
Anyone been able to solve this problem?
We have one of the old 15 Mb no cost Freeserve packages. If I can't reach the web-site I can't even take it down or reload it somewhere else with a redirect. Has Orange an answer???
