anyway got image here showing my connection status. my line now has been stuck at a connection speed of 2268 for god knows how long, ill say 6 months but its probably ALOT more.
anyway i know sum people have had this b4 being stuck at 2268 or what ever but i wanna know have they got it fixed b4. im sick of ringin up and knowing what they gonna say b4 they say it. readin from there scripts for pennys per hour, bless em
i asked for a MAC code today. 290£ or summit they wanted. they get over 100£ off me a month for 2 mobiles + internet. been with em for 5/6 years? what a joke.
Well from that screenshot (didn't work last time for some reason) interleaving is off and you're on an LLU connection. It's also odd the upstream sync speed is lower than normal. Either the ADSL2+ system has different defaults or there's some sort of connection problem, I expect it's just different defaut levels and not a fault. Otherwise it appears your speed has been capped at 2 meg for some reason.
