Hello everyone, a couple of days ago our internet decided to stop working. We called up support and they fixed everything and now the internet works again.
AT 10 KB A SECOND.
I've called Orange and told them about this and they've been completely s**t and unable to help in the slightest, so is anybody here able to give us a hand? any help would be very grateful
If it helps, we're using a livebox and windows xp, and this problem is on every laptop and console connected to it.

you need to get yer livebox stats up here tho.
log into it on http://192.168.1.1, log in ( normal passoword admin and admin) and go to system information. You will see something like this :Noise margin (dB) : 9.4
copy it in here for the guys and gals.
Then visit www.speedtester.BT.com and follow the instructions and paste the results of that in too.
