Well, I've been with Wanadoo for about 2 years. I negotiated a re-grade to the Broadband MAX package. It's usually £27.99 p/m, but they let me have it for £17.99.
The problems began as soon as the Livebox arrived. I tried to activate the Wireless and Talk service, but it came up with an error. After many 40 minute phone calls to a call centre, Technical support said that the MAC code sticker on the base of the box, did not match the code on the box; it had been mis-labelled in the factory.
A replacement was therefore sent out, or so I thought! After 4 days, I chased the order and found that nothing had been done and it had not been sent out. We tried again, and a week later, a new Livebox arrived.
I tried to activate the Wireless and Talk service again, again I was not able. After another set of 40 minute calls to an Indian call centre, nobody could tell me what the problem was. On one occasion, I was on hold for 20 mins, and was cut off. Another time, I got connected and then heard the call centre, but no opperator!
Worst still is the fact that Orange staff lied to me and told me that they would phone me back. They didn't. That has happened 3 times now. It's too easy for them to make false promises as you never speak to the same person twice.
So far, I have spent 5 hours on the phone to Orange Broadband Support and have spent £12. They have not sorted my problem out.

I fully understand your frustrations i had the same when i was with Orange they gave me a £10 reduction on broadband max because i asked for a MAC code but it was pointless £10 off and still the same crap service i migrated elsewhere and wished ide done it ages ago try reading the forums adslguide uk forums most ISP's have their own forums there including Orange this forum and there can be very useful .
