Hi all,

I have a mate who is having major problems getting his PS3 to connect to his LIVEBOX, so I went over to have a look to see if I could sort something but was unable get anywhere but to them scrw3w up his Laptop's internet connection. Now nothing can connect to the LiveBox. I am thinking to factory reset it but I dont know how to do this. Can someone please explain or link me to a online resource that does this?

I was trying to get my second line to connect and ended up doing a factory reset, 3 hours later couldnt connect I have to phone support and have finally got online, I found the steps when I clicked onto the livebox help pages I couldnt get online the icon should still be on your computer.
