I have been on the Wireless and Talk package since it started and have never had any problems with the phone connected to the Livebox.

For the past few days I have been able to make calls using the Livebox phone but nobody is able to ring me on it. I have tried ringing it from my BT phone but just get a number unavailable type of tone.

This is not a major problem as I can still make my free calls and very few people ring me on my Livebox number (0151 ... ....) but it is annoying as occasionally people return my calls on this number and then have to ring again using my BT number.

Is anybody else having this problem or know the reason for it.

By the way I am on the Chester Exchange.

A reboot of the Livebox has resolved the problem but I do not know what caused the phone to stop accepting all incoming calls.
