It is totally Kafkaesque. At last I have found a human person with all the proper humane abilities, Sam Atkinson of the Executive Office, whose email I got from this forum. But fault management won't even talk to him! Meanwhile they keep sending me emails telling me that the account has been accessed. Well not by me! and not by anyone I have spoken to. So many 'customer advisers' now have my ID and login details, confidentiality is clearly breached but they stll won't tell me how to access my own email. Ha
