Ever since the 8mbps upgrade i have been having constant problems with the connection. The most anoying has to be that it is frequently disconnecting and just when i think it has stopped, there it goes again! Im thinking that either my modem is not up to the job and needs upgrading or that too many people are using the Orange servers and basically kicking me off, would love to know if anyone else is having the same problem.
Yea me too in the evening it gets soo bad i totally agree about Orange technical support it sucks! I asked the guy where they are based and he said Bombay! Also i mannaged to find out that the Wallington telephone exchange has not been upgraded yet and can only handle 2mbps which makes sense i suppose
I have asked Orange to check my line for faults and will find out the result soon
