I was trying to reactivate my subs for a game, and I had to log into my E-Mail. When I tried to do this, it said it wasn't recognized, so I went through the whole 'Lost Password' thing, and it told me my Email didn't exist! Needless to say, I was totally shocked at this, since I'd been logged in only days before. I can't change the E-Mail used without logging into the old one. This E-Mail account came with my Broadband package from Wanadoo back in 2004.

my husband has exactly the same problem as you.we have phoned the help line,emailed ++++++ and keep getting the same answer.this all started on the 29th february and still has not been resolved.My husband had also only been on it the day before.His email address also came when we sighned up,with Wanadoo.we are at our wits end.
Are you still having problems of not being able to access you email account?My husband is still without. Once again had email stating :-
'Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused due to this
issue.We are again escalating this issue on a high priority basis.You will receive the response at the earliest. Your patience is highly
appreciated.'
do not know who to email or contact!!Speaking to the help line only made me feel that my husband and I were lying!!!!!!
Just accessing the email account isn't enough to keep it open if you're not on Orange or using their dialup. The account will actively suspend after around 219 days and shortly after that be removed.
thanks for your reply,but we are Orange customers,line,and before they took over Wanadoo.We also have wireless and a 2nd phone line.The one thing I forgot to say,was that I can access my account.]As I pointed out we have always been with wanadoo/orange.
