I moved to freeserve when they first came about from dialup to broadband, then about 3 years ago I was offered a better contract from NTL to which I have been with them ever since then.
Only now has it come to light that Wanadoo/orange still have a tatoo on my line and to which seems to be such a night mare to remove from my line, so I contacted them by phone with no joy, I even obtained their directors home address's from company house, still no response to my letters.
Orange's customer service is really bad, their staff like to argue with you, when they dont like you complaining they terminate your calls, they refuse to escalate calls to managers when requested ( to which you are entitled under the 1998 telecom act), they jsut really stink and Im stuck with not been able to change providers.
When are they going to learn customer service? Anyone got a fax number for their executive office / press office at all?
