as an original user from the days of freeserve which transposed into wanadoo and now we have Orange....ah ah
2 weeks ago i changed my package but was also sold a wireless modem router. i asked if this was to be a standard wireless modem router and was told yes..an off the shelf standard wireless modem router...
what do i get......a second hand crap livebox..which when picked up rattles!
anyway gave it a go..after a week it just stopped working..no lights no nothing.
for the limited time the original did work i was getting drop outs, unable to disconnect from the internet unless i disable the port each time....god what rubbish they send. why not just supply a standard unit.
so rang Orange got another sent...and guess what....this replacement is in a worse condition than the last..!!!!
so after speaking to countless people this morning i am no closer to getting any customer satisfaction..!
not only that i now find i am being charged a rental per month for this piece of crap.!!
i have asked for a standard wireless modem router, but Orange will not give one out.. sorry only semeins one..at 50p per min tech help...yeah right!!
i seem to have the only option but to come away from Orange and sign up for different provider and at least get a decent wireless modem router
