To test for this go to: Start, run and here type "cmd" (without quotation marks), then type "ping 192.168.1.1 -n 50"

Having this problem?

I Can't do the pingtest

Hello everyone,

If I ping the livebox say, 20 times, i notice that every minute or so there is just one ENORMOUS ping of about 2000ms during off-peak and 9000 during peak before returning immediatly to normal.

is this some kind of sync process?

Any ideas?

Im running windows vista on a shiny speedy desktop with a D-link USB wireless adaptor.
