I am posting this on behalf of a friend who cannot get get her PC to link to her new livebox from Orange. It keeps coming up with a message saying there may be a firewall problem. Her firewall (Zone Alarm) is disabled and she has disabled her Norton Antivirus too but no difference.
She is running Windows ME and has used an ethernet to USB adapter to connect the livebox as her PC has no ethernet card. Is this the problem or might it be something else in ME?
