Hi there I am migrating to a new broadband provider as of next Wednesday 5th March. I currently get Orange Broadband free of charge with my mobile up to 8 meg. Am I able to phone up now and downgrade my mobile package (would I have to pay for broadband) although my broadband invoice has come through until 25th March as it is pro rata! It's just that im only on such a high package to get my free broadband! My boradband billing date is the 25th and my mobile billing date is the 3rd of each month.
I'd wait until the migration is complete before doing that, just to be sure.
Im free as of 5pm today I am no longer a Orange Broadband customer thank god. I feel sorry for the guys who have not escaped yet. Thank you so much for setting up this forum it has been a godsend.
