Enquiry: Sunday 9 March all ok working on speedtouch connection (
livebox delivered December never been able to get it to work hence still in
box). Monday 10 Dec discovered line neing migrated give it 48 hours by Wed
19 March still una to get on internet error 720. Numerous hours spent on
phone stupid questions from India like is my computor turned on etc !!!. 1
hour call on Saturday 23 March promised sms text message would be sent
within 3 hours. Nothing came ( what a surprise) salvation or so i though got
called on mobile Easter Monday english guy at 2000 ( must be on overtime !)
told 3 servers down would be back within 48 hours still same error message i
am sick to the back teeth . Have been with them since 2004 do they care no
i dont think so any body out there got any ideas.
Got in form work last night to message an answerphone all should be sorted you should be able to log in, guess what tried and same error 720, back on phone to India for 40 mins response was will send the query to the escalation team yet again. I asked them to ring on my home number at 1830 this evening will they call dont think so
