hi i thought i would just share some info i was told by Orange customers services that they r meant to be upgrading ever Orange customer to 8mb in 2 weeks
Also ive been fighting with technical support to try and get them to increase my speed from 4mb to 8mb, after many calls saying we will do it no problem in 10 working days, then they said give us 3 days, then after all that wait they told me that my line cant handle 8mb which i no it can because previously before sep/oct 07 i was getting 8mb, then Orange started having lots of problems and i had ppp server is down for 3 weeks, and down graded me to 2mb. I Ended up fixing the ppp server is down myself, with plugging in a m8s spare router.
Anyway after yesterdays calls i woke up today and im getting 7mb which is more like it, and interesting enought my upload speed has increase to 500k orginally it was 245k. anyone no about this increase in upload speed ?
