Hi.
I recieved an email telling me i had gone over the 1000 minute a month mark using voip for international calls, and yeah i had, but i wasnt aware there was a limit !! ( I do now though!!) Anyway, id been using it like that for about 12 months without warning, so i guess i was just lucky to get away with it. 1000 minutes is still pretty good however and im not complaining about being asked to cut back ........ But....
When i asked Orange if i could use another VOIP service such as Vonage as well as Orange Broadband ,they said "NO" I could only use theirs and no one elses, or their indian call centre guy did anyway , any idea if this is true or not ?
Thanks.
You can use any VOIP service you like, however you can only use the second line through the livebox. Any other VOIP service would need to use your PC or hardware other than the livebox. (can connect through it but the second line port is exclusive for Orange's service)
