After using a "Talk Back" option on the ZDNet UK website and posting my ordeal of having no broadband since an 8Mb upgrade on 7 February (and still without broadband - that's 8weeks and 2 days), posting my feelings with respect to Wanadoo and their lack of technical and customer service and of course my new website here, ZDNet UK have been in touch with Wanadoo and have fedback in an article on their website...
