I have been experiencing slow speeds and Orange told me on the phone that i should be getting 8mb. I am getting 4.1mb which for me is slow. My friends down the road are getting 8mb and they are on BT. My ping on the speedtest is 220 ms which is high.( any way i can reduce it?)
