as above

been like this now for approx 4 weeks where i am only been able to connect to a handfull of sites, spoken to ts/cs now about 5 times each and they are useless... i am slap bang in the middle of a contract and i cant get out

can anyone help?
anyone had this problem and managed to get out of it?
