This is my first post so please bear with me. About 2 weeks ago we were connected to the Orange without problems using a belkin router and 3 belkin 802.11b adapters. Then Orange did some work on our line (they informed us of this after they did it) and to cut a long story short we are now using a livebox.
Last night we had 3pc's connected (1 wired, 2 wirelessly) but I was unable to connect via my macbook. I therefore called the apple branch of Oranges help desk who managed to help me connect to the net via my MAC. Low and behold when the other members of my family try and reconnect, 1 of the PC's is not working.
The PC is a desktop running Windows XP and using a Belkin 802.11b adapter. The PC can pick up the wireless signal, but when I try and connect (higlighting the livebox + and entering the WEP key) nothing happens. If i open Internet explorer I get 'The page cannot be displayed'.
The helpline were limited help and only kept repeating 'Orange does not support Belkin', I have reset my livebox many times (pressing 1) but with no success. I am tearing my hair out here because yesterday It was working fine, today nothing.

You were probably on Max and now you've been "LLU'd".
Although Orange don't tell you this, the MTU and RWIN settings for Max rarely work with LLU. Read the "MTU and RWIN Tweaks" link in the menu list in the left column.
