I have been having disconnection problems for awhile now,especially using xbox 360.I have filtered faceplate at main BT socket and livebox directly connected to it, i have tried helpline but no use( have tried everything they have recommended eg new filters before faceplate,resetting livebox,fault on the line......)My speed appears to to be good although whether this contributes to unstable connection im not sure.Any help would be gratefully received

Have you got Livebox Firewall set to Low [Disabled]???
Had to do that to get PS2 connected.. Not sure how they differ connection wise.. I trust as you've had connection before now. And are you getting disconnected from the Internet aswell?
One other thing.. Is your Xbox plugged into the Yellow Ethernet port.. Recent Firmware update put some Digital TV thing on the yellow port.. Disabling that may help.
