hi only just come across this site and am seeking advice,as you can see from the heading 4 weeks 1 day ago i made the mistake of signing up to Orange broadband i was already with wanadoo,but this was for my 9 year old daughter i bought her a computer for her birthday,when i connected the livebox which took 2 weeks to come i connected it upstairs in my daughters new cabin bed and the nightmare began i connected it fast flashin light phoned them up itll be on in 2 days 2 days later still flashing fast, tech support,take computer down stairs it has to be in main BT socket,still fast flash ok next line check, line check reveals possible fault its in BT hands i phone BT nothing wrong with line i phone lovely indian people back oh its a seperate dept they wouldnt know,so anyway after phoning nearly 15 times being told their computers faulty so can only give general info,THEN WHY PICK THE F*****G PHONE UP THEN im no further on i have to phone back in 5 days,can i cancel subscription???? pleeze help. jhn
