Ever since my exchange was LLU'd a few weeks ago I have only been getting 800kbps.

Many calls to Orange did not solve this.

Apparently my line can only handle a maximum rate of 1mbps.

Even though I'm only 6 months into my 18 month contract and have no intention of paying to leave Orange I requested a MAC code and to my surprise within the hour my speed has jumped to 3.8mbps!!!1

Looks like your not the only one whose had this 3.5+MBPS Speed increase
