I am having problmes with the internet connection several times a day. I can get the google home page but cant get links.My emial is working most of the time but fails periodically. I had to reset my router a couple of weks ago but I know it isnt the router as everyhting else skype etc works. Orange keep fobbing me off telling me to change the filter etc but I know it is the isp that is a fault not my pc or router.
anyone any suggestions other thank leave Orange which is the next step
when internet is not working check the status of the internet in your router config pages. Also telling us what the lights do on the livebox if they flash and which ones would be helpful. I highly doubt tech would always say check your filters without asking what the lights are doing on the router/modem first.
