To be honest, I was aware of Orange's poor customer service when i signed up for the 18-month Dolphin £35 a month unlimited texts & broadband option, but I was seduced by the value for money.
So does anyone know if I can match the value for money elsewhere?
The Option 1 BT Service £8.95 a month looks good value, but I'm not sure it will cover my needs. I use the net a lot(every day for maybe 4-5 hours, more on weekends), but I rarely ever download anything, least not music or films.
Then does anyone know of a phone tariff for less than £30 a month that has a free phone and unlimited texts?
