I'm one of the lucky people who hasn't been "LLU'D" - I'm on an exchange with only about 1300 subscribers - my question is, is there a threshold for Orange/any ISP at an exchange which makes it worthwhile for installation of their own gear (ie % or no. of B/B subscribers)?
Currently there are no LLU ISPs on this exchange.
I ask because I'm debating whether to change to Home Max or whether to change to another ISP Confused

Quite a few ISP s LLU an exchange.
It's only Orange that have a rubbish service and cannot provide.
Companies like BE use LLU and provide a fantastic service with fast stable connections.

So I wouldn't worry about the exchnage becoming LLU just worry about Orange.
