I know very little about computers so please excuse the way in which I'm going to descibe my problem to you...
We live in France and in Sept last year we got a Orange Livebox/phone deal. Everything worked fine until January when we were (according to Orange) cut off by another network provider. Since then we've been trying to get our account with Orange reactivated which they say they've now done. Unfortunately the thing still doesn't work. We're in a position now where the phone mostly fails to work (engaged tone) but occassionally allows us to make a call then cuts off after a few seconds. The internet works sometimes but when it does it is very slow. The lights on the Livebox are constantly changing from green to flashing red/orange at different rates. The helpline guys tell us that as far as they are concerned everything should now work. Our laptop is a MAC and if we follow the diagnostic problem solver apparently we're having issues with our ASDL??
