This has happened to me since I signed up with Orange, I havent got much of a clue about speedtests etc but this is one I got during peak times:
speed Down 322.42 Kbps ( 0.3 Mbps )
Speed Up 375.79 Kbps ( 0.4 Mbps )
Port 8095
Server speedtest1.adslguide.org.uk

But through the day it's 5.48Mb.

Can this be right or am I getting traffic shaping?
I'm not really clued up on all this to be honest but I can still game on-line and when I compare my ping it seems to be average when compared to other in-gamers. Can someone explain how I get rubbish speeds but can still online game via my PS3??? Question
