The Attainable download rate on my livebox page shows 7936 kbps. The downstream only shows 1152 kbps. so when i do a speed test i only get about 900kbps. This has all happened within the past few months. the main problem i had was the ppp server down problem (twice) and i also had a problem on my landline with noise but a BT engineer fixed it. So when it was fixed i expected the speed to pick and go back to what it was in the past (speedtests - 3.5-5Mbps)
I have contacted Orange bb support so many times and had very little support. I also tried emailing them a number of times and have been promised callbacks on my mobile but have not been called.
I'm actually an Orange employee (mobile) and i am supposed to promote and sell Orange bb with mobile offers but find it very difficult as i know how bad it is.
Does anyone have any idea what i can do to resolve this problem?

You need to post your livebox stats and if you're on Max run www.speedtester.BT.com , that will give us all something to work with.
Well with a high attainable and low sync rate, PPP server down error twice then it's likely an LLU connection that's been capped at a low speed as part of the procedure to correct the PPP problems. Getting it changed back isn't something that easily done so you may be better off speaking to escalations if nothing happens.
