I have requested my MAC Code from Orange twice last year by telephone to their Indian call centre but I have had no reply.The person I spoke to did recognise what I was asking for because he knew that I was wanting to leave Orange,the reason being that I had a better offer from BT.This request was made in December 2007 but as I have said I have had no reply.
