Had the same problem with outlook since yesterday.

I am just waiting for Sky to sort there issues out and will transfer as I have moved mine and my wifes mobiles away from Orange already.

My Main reason for leaving Orange is all the crap I have to go through to update my sons PS3. It also still annoys me that they denied it was there fault when it was and lied to me.

Anyway the point of this post is that by putting 193.252.22.138 instead of smtp.orangehome.co.uk it seems to resolve the issue.
