Hey all. I'v been havin a total nightmare with Orange since last xmas. I'v had no internet since early dec with phone call after phone call, with each bein totaly different and not realy getting anywhere.
BTW, i did search but either my search skills are poor or i couldnt find nothing this specific.
One day before xmas my modem stopped working, no lights nothing. After 10 phones conversations they sent me a new power adapter. That worked as far as the modem turning on but now i still cant get onto the internet.
Iv got to the point where i log into the router config (192. etc etc in IE) and it says Connection Synchronised which is fine but it also says "Disconnected from internet" and i obviously have no connection. The @ light flashes slowly when synchronised and the wireless light flashes.
I'v tried everything, validating the user/pass, factory reset etc etc.
In the last phone call they Orange have said they will send me a new filter and cable, to see if it works again, if not ring them back.
These phone calls are costing me a fortune, lol. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions incase im missing something or doing anything wrong?
