Hello
Its taking six or seven attempts to connect to Orange each day? I never previously had any problems connecting. Is this likely to be a problem with Orange or could I have spyware, although I have done anti-spyware scans including Trend Micro House Call.

It is 99.9% likely to be Orange.
You cannot get any sense out of them if you ring them either as their staff know very little about anything.

Moving to a real ISP will solve things though.

Thanks. Now that I know its likey to be problems with Orange, I can stop downloading and trying different anti-spyware software. I just need to get a MAC code out of Orange and then I'm off to BT.
