In regards to my (below) post, I wish to nominate Orange Customer Services for an award. This award is for services to both new and existing customers. for example,
In my moment of madness I was going to re-subscribe with Orange. Luckily I had reason to speak to their Customer Service, who reminded me what a terrible, customer un-freindly company they are and I went with someone else. so Thankyou Orange Customer Services for saving me from yourselves.
I have read a lot of posts on this forum and it is becoming more and more apparent that Customer Services are providing a great service. Imagine how many of you would still be an Orange customer if you hadn't spoken to the Customer Service team. Its truly a horrifying thought.
So Thanks Orange Customer Service, Thanks for being you.
