I have recently received and installed a livebox. connected to my pc via ethernet. My previous connection via speedtouch dial up modem was 2.2MB Now it says my speed is 100mbps but everything seems to be downloading more slowly. Is the livebox able to provide the same speed as I was previously achieving...I thought that 100mbps divided by 8 would be about 12MBps but this not speed I am achieving........Have successfully configured the livebox to enable port forwarding and a static ip for my P2P ap ( emule) but still slower downloads..............ty for any answers forthcoming !
